MLA Caught On Camera Distributing Cash, Liquor 

Chennai: In a major embarrassment to the ruling AIADMK, Tamil Nadu MLA R Kanagaral was caught on camera distributing cash and liquor to people to bring them for the MGR centenary celebrations.

Surprisingly, the MLA was unfazed and said such practice was very common in all the political parties. When the video surfaced, Kanagaraj refuted the claims that he was bribing people. So far, no official word is out from the AIADMK leadership on the party's possible action against the MLA.

Kanagaraj hired about 60 buses to take people to the event which is being sponsored by the ruling party. In the video, he was seen paying money for fuel, food and drinking water expenses for those who could come to the venue while other party functionary was busy counting Rs 2,000 notes.
