Mild tremors in parts of Andhra Pradesh

Parts of the State today experience mild tremors for a few seconds.

The tremors of a very mild nature were felt in parts of Prakasam, Guntur, Krishna, Khammam and Ranga Reddy districts. Seismological experts said that the quake was recorded at 1.8 to 2.3 on the Richter Scale.

Though people came out of their houses on feeling the trembling of the earth, no damage of property was reported from any corner of the State. The tremors were caused due to some seismological correction, the experts said adding that no after effects will be felt for this kind of vibration of the earth.
