Medak Man Commits Suicide in Dubai Due To Illness

Medak: A labourer from Medak district committed suicide on Tuesday morning at his workplace in Dubai following brief illness. The victim, identified as 35-year-old Jala Mallesh, went to Dubai two years ago to work as a shepherd. It is said he was suffering from typhoid for the past few days.

Knowing the news of his death, pall of gloom descended on his native village Nizampet in Medak district. The brother of the deceased, who worked along with him, returned to India two days ago. The employer informed him about his brother's death on Tuesday. Mallesh is survived by his wife Lakshmi and three kids— son Babu, Bhavya and Shravani.

Mallesh left for Dubai in 2015 after he ended up in huge debts which was taken for construction of his house, and he could not repay them. Moreover two bore wells in his two-acre farmland had also failed. This made him to look for employment in Dubai. The family members were aware of his health condition and had even sent medicines to Dubai by courier.
