Man Poses As CBI Officer To Evade Security Check At Hyderabad Airport

Hyderabad: A 52-year-old man was arrested for posing as CBI officer to evade checking at Rajiv Gandhi International Airport on Tuesday.

The accused, who was identified as M Nageshwar Rao, was carrying Rs 26 lakh in cash with him. The accused, who works as an accounts manager at a private company, wanted to evade Air Intelligence Unit officials at the checking point and got caught when he claimed to be a CBI official. A case has been registered against him, the police said.
