Man Hacks Paramour To Death, Critically Injures Her Husband

In a shocking incident, a person axed to death a woman in Jakora village of Varni mandal in Nizamabad district. Her husband was critically injured in the incident and is being treated in the hospital.

According to the police, Kunchapu Nagayya (48) and Sayavva (40) are dailywagers. Sayavva has an extra-marital relation which Sailu of the same village. On Friday night, Sailu came to her and sought sexual favours. When the woman refused, he tried to molest her. As Sayavva raised an alarm, Nagayya came in and pushed him out.

Later, when both Sayavva and Nagayya were asleep, Sailu came armed with a pickaxe and hacked them. While Sayavva died on the spot, Nagayya received critical injuries. He was rushed to the hospital, where he is in critical condition.

The poilce registered a case and are on the lookout for Sailu, who is on the run.
