Man dupes woman to marry third time, held

Hyderabad: A 31-year-old man was arrested for duping a woman to marry her by hiding details of his three previous marriages.The Chandrayangutta police officials held Md Nizamuddin Imran on Saturday and was remanded to judicial custody.

The victim Fouzia Begum filed a compliant against the accused saying that Imran lied about his marital status by producing a notary document to her family showing that he is a bachelor.

However, Fouzia's family on verifying his background came to know that he has been married twice. The accused got married in 2008 to Naseema Yasmin and the couple had two children. Similarly, he got married again to Shamim Begum in 2014.

The accused hails from Yakutpura, works at a private company. The police registered filed a cheating case under section 417 and 420 of IPC.
