Man Defrauds 57 People On Promise Of Jobs

Chittoor: A man defrauded 57 people after promising them to offer jobs in a private export company in Chittoor.
The accused had collected amounts ranging from Rs17,000 to Rs9.69 lakh from the victims. He made the offer to those who completed SSC or degree. After getting the amount from the victims, he fled away. The victims realized that they have been defrauded and lodged a complaint with the police.
Police registered a case and an investigation is on.
