Man Booked For Raping Degree Student

Vizianagaram: A man was booked on charges of cheating after he had promised to marry a woman. The incident occurred in Gajapathinagaram here in the district. According to the police, accused, identified as Bodasingi Koteshwararao had befriended Dasari Radha, who is a third year degree student at MR Degree College in Vizianagaram town.

After developing friendship, Koteshwararao entered into a physical relationship with Radha by promising to marry her. When she questioned him about the marriage, Koteshwararao began evading the topic whenever both meet together.

Meanwhile, Radha's family members got to know about the love affair and chided her on Thursday. Radha's sister and brother-in-law hatched a plan to book Koteshwararao. As per the plan, Radha was asked to call Koteshwararao inviting him to her house in SC Colony. As Koteshwararao arrived at SC Colony and stepped in the house, family members locked the doors from outside and called the police. A case of cheating has been registered against accused Koteshwararao.
