Bharath Ane Nenu is a patriotic film which will feature Mahesh Babu as a Chief Minister for the first time in his career. This will be a big draw since many fans who want their matinee idol to enter politics. Tamil actor Sarath Kumar is likely to play Mahesh's father in Bharath Ane Nenu. Bollywood actress Kiara Advani, of M S Dhoni: The Untold Story fame, has been paired opposite Mahesh. Prakash Raj will be seen in support cast along with others. The film is slated for release on April 29th, 2018.
