Lorry Crushes Police SI To Death At Uppal 

In a shocking incident, a sub inspector of police was crushed to death near the signal point at the Little Flower School in Uppal in the small hours of Tuesday. According to the police, at about 5 am, Munipalle Suresh Kumar (37), a reserve inspector in the Ibrahimpatnam 3rd Battalion, was on his way to Ibrahimpatnam on his two-wheeler. As he reached the signal point near the Little Flower School, a speeding lorry rammed into his bike. Suresh Babu suffered critical injuries and died on the spot.

On being alerted about the incident, the police rushed to the spot and shifted the body to Gandhi Hospital for post-mortem.
