Leave the premises, AP Bhavan asks Chandrababu Naidu
Authorities of AP Bhavan on Tuesday issued notice to TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu to vacate Andhra Bhavan premises immediately. Andhra Bhavan Resident Commissioner issued notice with this effect.
It is learnt that the officials at the AP Bhavan decided not to encourage the tradition of allowing deekshas, fearing more of that kind may swarm-in in future seeking permissions, if Chandrababu was allowed to continue with his fasting.
However, TDP leaders made it clear that they will not vacate the venue till their demands are met.
It is learnt that TDP leaders first took permission to conduct a press conference in AP Bhavan premises. But Chandrababu straightaway announced that he is going on hunger strike right there. So, at any point of time, the authorities may evict Chandrababu and his party men.
