Leaders react to the all-parTy invite letter

It's another ploy: TDP

TDP MLA Jaipal Yadav said the Home Ministry's invitation that each party can send two representatives to the all-party meeting on Telangana is just a another ploy by the Congress party.

Prime minister Manmohan Singh is a puppet in Sonia Gandhi's hands, he said.

It is once again clear that the centre is not keen on finding a solution to the Telangana issue, he said, adding that the TDP would take a decision on who to send for the meeting  after discussions with the leaders.

Meet not to solve, but an excuse to delay: TRS

TRS MLA T Harish Rao said, "Congress is not sincere in solving the Telangana issue and it is another ploy by the centre."

Accusing the Congress party of cheating the Telangana people once again, the MLA, said: "All-party meeting is a ploy to delay the problem and not to solve the issue."

He demanded that the Congress and TDP should clarify their stands first. He also said that the double-eye theory will not last long.

Shinde wants to hear two opinions from each party: T-Cong MLCs

Telangana Congress leaders also expressed their objection on the center's decision to call two representatives from all the parties for the meet. Telangana Congress MLCs, Yadava Reddy and Bhanu Prasad said  Telangana issue will not be solved if two representatives from each party attend the meet.

Criticizing Shinde, the MLCs said it seems Shinde wants two contradictory views from each party. All the Telangana Congress leaders will visit the capital to express their disagreement over the Centre's decision to call two representatives for the all- party meet, they added.
