Kishore Chandra says Botsa is a ‘mafia don’ in letter to Sonia

Union Minister Kishore Chandra Deo in his recent letter to the Congress high command had labeled PCC chief Botsa Satyanarayana as a 'mafia don' and Chief Minister Kiran Kumar Reddy an 'incompetent person'.

Kishore Chandra also described Botsa as the “fountainhead of corruption with a pie in every scam on which he has been able to lay his hand”. “It will be difficult to find a worse person for this post than Botsa,” the minister had written in his 11 page letter, sources said.

Sources said that Kishore admitted that he had sent the letter to Sonia Gandhi.

But Botsa reacting on the letter, said he was not aware of any such letter written by the Union minister to Sonia Gandhi against him.

"I don't think senior leader and Union Minister Kishore Chandra Deo wrote such a letter to the high command. I will file a defamation case against the national English daily for carrying such reports on me," Botsa said.

Pointing reporters who were questioning him on that report, Botsa even threatened  to file a defamation case against them if they carry that report further in their channels.

Congress leaders are now left wondering as to why Botsa should file a defamation case against the daily instead of clarifying directly from Kishore Chandra Deo if he had written the ‘explosive letter’.
