Former minister Dokka Manikya Vara Prasad said that erstwhile chief minister Kiran Kumar Reddy was playing dramas just to cover his malpractices.
He asked the Governor E.S.L.Narasimhan to conduct an enquiry into the corruption charges against Kiran Kumar Reddy.
“For the last six months, Kiran had signed on several files, and earned about Rs. 5-10 thousand crores,” said Dokka.
“Kiran earned money by transferring IAS and IPS, and his brother collected the money," he added.
“Kiran suits the role of Seetarama Rao in ‘Asamardhuni Jeevana Yatra’, a play written by Gopi Chand,” said Dokka.
Interestingly, Dokka was once very close to Kiran Kumar Reddy. He was the Minister for Rural Development in Kiran’s cabinet. But, after resignation, he leveled serious allegations against Kiran.
