Kingpin In Drugs Case Gives Crucial Information, Names 8 Tollywood Biggies

Hyderabad: Prime accused in the drugs case, Calvin Mascarenhas, named 8 Tollywood biggies during an interrogation by officials of Telangana Prohibition And Excise Department.

The Excise officials sought the custody of Calvin and two other accused in the case. After getting two-day custody of the accused, the officials shifted Calvin, Kuddoos and Wahid from Cherlapally Central Prison to the Central Excise office in Balanagar.

The police are learnt to have decoded a secret folder in Calvin's cellphone. The officials are preparing a second list of the his clientele based on that folder. For further information, the SIT officials would take Aman Naidu, Nikhil Reddy, Kundan Singh into custody on Monday. So far, 14 people have been arrested in the drugs case.

Based on Calvin's call data list, a total of 12 Tollywood personalities were so far served notices to appear before a SIT team on July 19.
