Hyderabad: In an effort to form a non-BJP, non-Congress front at the national level, Telangana chief minister K Chandrashekhar Rao has been meeting different leaders of regional parties in the country. Towards this end he met couple of national leaders including West Bengal chief minister Mamata Banerjee and Jharkhand Mukti Morcha leader Hemanth Shoren. The latest is that on Friday he would be travelling to Bengaluru to meet former Prime Minister and Janata Dal (Secular) President HD Deve Gowda.

KCR would be meeting Deve Gowda on Friday noon at latter's residence in Bengaluru. The meeting draws prominence because Karnataka would go for elections next month and this new meeting will make many political parties to raise eyebrows. The Telangana CM has been rooting for a third front of regional parties to take on BJP in Lok Sabha elections in 2019. It is learnt that KCR would leave Hyderabad at 9.45 am from Begumpet airport and would return in the evening.
