Kavitha's chocolaty gift to KCR on his birthday

Telangana Chief Minister KCR missed his first birthday celebrations in the new state as he is in Mumbai to meet his Maharashtra counterpart Devendra Fadnavis.

This has not, however, detered his followers who celebrated his birthday with gusto by cutting cakes, distributing sweets, bursting of crackers and organising blood donation camps in various districts across Telangana and in Hyderabad.
On the occasion of KCR's birthday, Sakshi media interviewed his daughter and Nizamabad MP Kavitha.
Kavitha, who cut the cake along with several other party workers to mark KCR's birthday, said that his father is a star batsman and has no fear of small-time bowlers. "He has never celebrated his birthday. During my childhood, I used to give him chocolates and remind him that it was his birthday. Birthday is just a day for KCR. His birthday is special for family members, party activists and followers, but not for him," she revealed.

Grand celebrations marked on KCR's birthday at the TRS Bhavan. His supporters put up several banners in in the city to wish him on his 61st birthday.
His daughter and Nizamabad MP K. Kavitha, Deputy CM Mahmood Ali, ministers Talasani Srinivas Yadav and Jagadeeswar Reddy were among those who participated in the celebrations in the TRS Bhavan by cutting a cake weighing 61 kgs on the occasion.
A CD showcasing KCR and his achievements was launched by the party leaders. Congratulating Shankar, TRS MP Kavitha said that songs are very good.
