Judicial Remand For Ghazal Srinivas Extended

Hyderabad: The judicial remand of singer Ghazal Srinivas was extended till January 25, by a court here on Friday.

The court also posted for January 18, hearing into the bail application filed by the singer. His earlier bail petition was rejected by the court. It may be recalled that on January 2, the Punjagutta police arrested Ghazal Srinivas on charges of sexual harassment of a colleague at "Save Temples" organisation. Cases were also registered against another colleague, Parvathi, for abetting him in the crime. She had filed for an anticipatory bail and is absconding.
