Jharkhand Maoists lay low in Madanapalle; arrested

Madanapalli, Chittor: Two out of six Maoists laying low in Madanapalle of Chittor district of Andhra Pradesh have been arrested by a team of Jharkhand and local police.

Jharkhand police had earlier received information that around six Maoists were laying low in the Madanapalle area and had approached the local police here for help to apprehend them.
However four of the Maoists, suspecting a raid, gave police the slip. The police were only able to apprehend the other two.

The owner of the factory revealed that the alleged Maoists were working in the factory for the last six months and being impressed by their efforts he had obliged to employ them. The police are keeping this under wraps so far but have not denied the arrest of the two Maoists.
