The Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) results 2018 for both papers I and II have been announced by the CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education) today. The CBSE will declare the JEE Mains Result For 2018 which will decide the ranks of students as well as the list of candidtates (220000) who will be eligible to take up the JEE Advanced Exam.

The JEE Main 2018 Exams had some 14 lakh students registered. The JEE Main 2018 is a pre-requisite for getting admitted to courses like architecture and engineering in IITs and NITs acorss India. The JEE Mains 2018 is also an entrance exam to seek eligibility for JEE Advanced exams.

You can get admission into premier insitutes in India like IITs and NITs only aft6er clearning the JEE Advanced exam.

Students who clear the JEE Mains 2018 can register for the JEE Advanced Exams from May 2 on which day the JEE Advanced Exam for 2018 will be conducted.

The JEE Main (offline) exam was held on April 8 while the online version of the exam was conducted on April 15 and 16. The CBSE released the JEE Main 2018 answer key on April 24.

Besides clearing the JEE Main and Advanced exams, plus 2 students must also have scored a minimum of 75% in their class XII Board exams to qualify for admission into NITs, CFTIs and IITs across the nation.
