Jana demands, Botsa rules out

Minister for Panchayat Raj K. Jana Reddy on Saturday has demanded an early solution to the Telangana issue.

Jana Reddy along with other Telangana ministers met PCC chief Botsa Satyanarayana in the afternoon and demanded an immediate announcement from the Centre on the road map for a separate state.

Jana said "We demanded that the resolution must be passed at the state level convention to be held on Sunday," he said and added that they also demanded the Congress Party to declare  a single stand on the 'T-issue'.

But contrary to this, PCC chief after the meeting said that the T- Ministers have not demanded any such resolution to be passed at the PCC extended executive meeting.

He said they only told him that the Congress Party should have a clear stand on the issue.
