Jagan seeks court permission to visit Idupulapaya

YSR Congress Party chief YS Jagan Mohan Reddy on Thursday filed a petition in the CBI Special Court, Nampally seeking permission to leave the city for three days in October.

In a petition filed before the court, Jagan wants to visit Idupulapaya (resting place of Dr YSR)  on October 1, 2 and then go visit Guntur on October 4 to participate in a farmers agitation over the bifurcation of the state.

On Monday, the Judge of the CBI Court U Durgaprasada Rao while granting bail to Jagan,  had imposed a condition that he cannot leave Hyderabad and should take prior permission from the court to leave the city.
