In a bid to mobilise support for the cause of 'Samikyandhra', YSR Congress Party president YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, on Monday, met Samajwadi Party chief and former Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Mulayam Singh Yadav in Delhi.

Soon after the meeting, political circles were abuzz with talks that the duo must have discussed the possibility of third front in the face of Congress' s massive drubbing in the hands of BJP in the four states of Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Delhi and Chattisgarh.
After meeting Yadav, Jagan drove to the residence of Janta Dal (S) leader and former prime minister H D Deve Gowda and met him.
The YSRCP President had earlier met, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav and the latter promised his party's full support to stalling the bifurcations process.
