Is Lalu’s son Tejaswi the next Deputy CM of Bihar?

Patna: Looks like RJD Chief Lalu Prasad Yadav and wife Rabri Devi, also a former CM, are currently in a fix as to who should be appointed as the Deputy Chief Minister of the state. The decision is going to be crucial, not only for the Government but also to the party as it would indicate who would be given the future responsibility to lead the Rashtriya Janata Dal, which is currently headed by Lalu Prasad.

Lalu’s three children- Misa Bharati Devi, Tej Pratap Yadav and Tejaswi Yadav are the top three contenders for the post of the Nitish’s deputy. Misa Bharati who is the eldest of the three would have to be made a member of the upper house of the State Legislature should she be chosen to join the cabinet.

Despite being first-timers, both Tej Pratap and Tejaswi are in the race for bagging the coveted position of the Deputy CM. According to sources the political couple has chosen their youngest child Tejaswi Yadav as the Deputy CM. It was reported that the RJD chief will be making an announcement soon.
