Is Kannada super star Kicha Sudeepa making a political entry? Kannada political circles and film industry is hotly debating this. Kicha Sudeepa's recent meeting with Karnataka Chief Minister Siddharamaiah has given rise to speculations about his political entry.

With assembly elections fast approaching, the Congress is trying to rope in crowd-pullers to defend its last big citadel. Sudeepa's good friend and his co-star Ramya aka Divya Spandana is now heading AICC social media team. She has been trying to rope him. There are reports that she had requested him to contest from Mola Kalmuru in Chitradurga district. This is an ST reserved constituency and Sudeepa is from Nayaka ST community.
