Is JD Chakravarthi Married?

Hyderabad: Actor JD Chakravarthi, popularly known as ‘disciple’ of maverick filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma, has got hitched with actor Anukriti Sharma who is also an outcome of “Varma’s factory”. The wedding took place on August 18.

Anukriti, who acted in the title role of Ram Gopal Varma’s controversial movie “Sridevi”, reportedly fell in love with J D Chakravarthy recently. The actress recently landed in a controversy over the issue of “skin show” in an under production movie “Papa”.

A picture of the married couple along with some guests are doing the rounds in the social media. The picture shows JD with his wife Anukriti clad in wedding attire with garlands. According to sources the wedding was a close-knit affair with only close relatives and friends in attendance.

Though the actor is an ardent follower of his mentor Varma, he decided to to walk down the aisle unlike Varma.

However, there is no official word confirming the wedding from the couple.
