  Remember actress Anjali of Seethamma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu fame? Yes, the damsel in distress who went missing alleging harassment by her aunt Bharathi Devi and Tamil film director Kalanjiyam.

The latest about the actress is that the Chennai police are gearing up to produce Anjali before the Madras High Court on May 24.
Anjali had earlier given her court appearance a miss. However, the actress could be charged with Contempt of Court if she fails to show up even this time.
Meanwhile Kalanjiyam has filed two cases against the actress. One a case of defamation for levelling false allegations against him. Second, for not attending to her film shoots as agreed.
The worst hits are the filmmakers who have signed the actress to work in their movies. Will Anjali keep up her word and learn some professionalism or continue to gain undue publicity with new dramas?
