Sunrisers Hyderabad will play their first match against Rajasthan Royals on April 9th

Hyderabad: SunRisers Hyderabad, the 2016 IPL champions, are gearing up for IPL 2018. A majority of the domestic players in the SRH squad are in the city, busy with their practice as well as the franchisee promotional events. For all their home matches scheduled at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium in Uppal, the Sunrisers have announced that Events Now would be the ticketing partner for IPL 2018. Tickets can also be booked on the official IPL website as well as in certain retail stores.

The Sunrisers are facing a huge setback before the commencement of the season, with Australian player David Warner, who was handed a one year ban following the recent ball-tampering incident that shook the cricket community, set to miss the IPL 2018. Warner was Sunrisers’ best player last season with 641 runs, at an average of 58.27 at the end of the season.

Fans can book match tickets, starting from Rs 800, at Events Now. The ticketing partner also provides special offers for the fans who buy season tickets for all the seven home games at 10% discount and get a fan jersey free with each pass. If tickets valued more than Rs 1,000 are bought for 3 separate games then fans can avail a 5% discount and they get a jersey free with each pass additionally. Ticket prices for all the matches range from Rs 800 to Rs 4000.

In the IPL 2018, each team will play a total of 14 matches, with seven matches scheduled to be played at home and seven away, in a fight to advance to the playoff stage. SRH will begin their IPL campaign on April 9, 2018 against the Ajinkya Rahane led-Rajasthan Royals in the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium, Hyderabad.
