IPL 2018: Rashid Khan Surprises Pandya With A Stunning Googly

Thanks to a remarkable bowling performance by the bowlers, Sunrisers Hyderabad was successful in defending a meagre total of 118 in the 23rd IPL 2018 match against Mumbai Indians yesterday. Mumbai Indians were bowled out for just 87 runs, inside 19 overs.

Afghanisthan spinner Rashid Khan, who troubled the Mumbai batsmen, conceded just 11 runs and picked up two wickets. MI all-rounder Hardik Pandya was completely decieved by an excellent googly by Rashid, who almost bowled him out off that delivery.

The Sunrisers bowler, adjudged Man of the Match, was key to the win in the low-scoring match, that brought his team into winning ways after losing two games on the trot. Currently, SRH stands third in the points table, with four victories from six matches.

The Hyderabad-based outfit retained the bowler through their Right to Match (RTM) option in the IPL 2018 players auction that happened earlier this year. Sunrisers shelled a total of Rs. 9 Crores to grab the mystery spinner.
