Now a source in the film industry has confirmed that the opening scene of Teja’s NTR will feature former Prime Minister late Indira Gandhi’s conversation with former Prime Minister PV Narasimha Rao.

A lot of speculation is already doing the rounds on social media about NTR's biopic, which is being directed by Teja and Ram Gopal Varma.

Now a source in the film industry has confirmed that the opening scene of Teja's NTR will feature former Prime Minister late Indira Gandhi's conversation with former Prime Minister PV Narasimha Rao.

The scene takes us back in time when Indira toured the erstwhile Andhra Pradesh state. She happens to visit the temple town of Tirupati along with Narasimha Rao. As she is travelling along with PV in an ambassador car, she comes across massive posters of Lord Rama and Krishna on the roadside. She folds her hands in devotion. PV tells Indira that the posters are not of real gods but fictitious ones. Narasimha Rao also tells her that a top actor called NTR has played the characters of Lord Rama and Krishna in a movie. Indira's interest perks up and sh asks Narasimha Rao about NTR. The rest as they say, is history.

Although the narrative appears to be a gripping one, news in bits and pieces about the NTR's movies is making the fans more curious. So far, Teja has done good background research and secured information by meeting various people to bring the feel of those formative days to the film.
