Indian Girl Racially Abused In New York, Asked To Go Back 

New York: Close on the heels of the murder of engineer Srinivas Kuchibhotla in US, another incident of racial hatred took place in New York recently.

Indian-origin girl Ekta Desai and another Asian woman were abused and harassed in New York while travelling in a city train. A co-passenger started abusing them. At first she ignored and later the man started abusing the other Asian woman.

The man shouted and asked her to go back to her country, saying "Asian piece of shit to I will f**k you all right here to get your f**k**g a** back to your country etc," he went on relentlessly. When Ekta started to shoot a video of the scene on her mobile, the man shouted at her to stop recording the video and said that he did not touch anybody and just expressed his thoughts saying freedom of speech.

Ekta shared the video on facebook and said that she was racially assaulted by a stranger.
