If Politicians Fail, I am There to Support, Pawan Kalyan Assures AP

Kakinada: Slamming BJP, TDP and Congress Party for doing injustice to Andhra Pradesh right from bifurcation to denying special status to Andhra Pradesh, Jana Sena President Pawan Kalyan demanded Seemandhra MPs to raise their voice in Parliament or resign to build up pressure on the Centre. Lambasting the NDA government, Pawan Kalyan said: “How dare BJP to deny special status to AP. By adopting double standards, BJP lost the confidence and trust of the people of Andhra Pradesh. “Prime Minister Narendra Modi gave rotten laddus and TDP has welcomed it. Who want rotten laddus? ,” Pawan Kalyan quipped. However, Pawan Kalyan spared YSRCP in his speech, while criticized all the parties representing AP. Pawan Kalyan also mentioned bandh call given by YSRCP. He left the option of participating in the bandh to his followers, while saying he’s not against YSRCP bandh call. He said Venkaiah Naidu has effectively dismantled the future of the BJP in Andhra Pradesh and advised the BJP workers to search for another party. Finding fault with opportunistic politics played by Andhra politicians, Pawan Kalyan said this was nothing for the failure of the politicians from Andhra Pradesh.

“I am not driven by anyone and I don’t need anyone to guide me. If the parties fail, we will show what Jana Sena can achieve.” Addressing a huge gathering as part of the Jana Sena’s ‘Atmagourava Sabha’ (meeting on self-respect of AP) here on Friday, Pawan Kalyan said the AP MPs should be aggressive and quipped: “Apply some chilly paste on your body. You will at least become hot,” Pawan said. “I am not here to instigate you. I am not calling you to block roads. we have TDP MLAs MPs, YSRCP MLAs and MPs. They have a responsibility. They have to fight,” he said.

I wonder why is there no memorial for those killed during the 1969 Telangana agitation.

While concluding he said “truth always wins,” and chanted Bharat Matha Ki Jai and Jai Hind.
