Harbhajan Singh And Geeta Basra In Love With The City Of Nizams !

City of Nizams and Pearls, Hyderabad not only holds a special place in the hearts of Hyderabadis but also people from across the country. Not only the common people but also every top celebrity are a big fan of Hyderabad and its biryani.

Similarly, Indian Cricketer Harbhajan Singh and wife Geeta are having a special connection with this place, its cuisine and language. While Bhajji is a big fan of the city's heritage and its iconic biryani, Geeta says its the 'Raunak' and vibrancy of the city of Nizams that have made her to fall in love with the place.

Recently, the star couple visited the town for an event. They took out time from their packed schedule and shared their experiences and love for Hyderabad with one of the national daily.

On being asked about their love for Hyderabad, Bhajji said in an interview to a daily that Charminar is his favourite monument and his love for delicious biryani is unlimited. "Everytime I come to Hyderabad, I try different types of biryanis. It is the dish I eat without bothering about the calorie count. Whenever i come here (Ambati) Rayudu sends me huge packets of biryani to indulge in," he added. Geeta also added that Bhajji is a heart eater when it comes to biryani.

On speaking about the love for Hyderabad, Geeta said to the daily that the she is in love with the vibe of the city which makes her want to come back again.

Speaking about the language and accent of Hyderabadis, Bhajji said to the daily, "The only thing tastier that Hyderabad's biryani is its langauge. Kasam Hyderbad ki Charminar ki, Dobara jab aayenge to biryani khaake ich jayinge!”

Geeta also mentioned in an interview to a daily that she wants to visit Falaknuma Palace the next time she’s here.
