HYDERABAD: South Central Railway CPRO CH Rakesh announced that 19 MMTS trains in Hyderabad were completely cancelled, while 24 others were partially cancelled due to operational reasons on Wednesday.
With the MMTS trains temporarily cancelled even on Thursday, the passenger woes continued due to lack of transportation, even as the TSRTC strike entered its 41st day.
As per the railway official's statement, 19 MMTS train services have been cancelled on the routes of:
Nampally-Lingampally
Secunderabad-Falaknuma
Janagama-Falaknuma
Nampally-Falaknuma
Lingampally-Nampally
Falaknuma-Secunderabad routes.
Added to that another 24 train services were cancelled between Secunderabad-Falaknuma and, Nampally-Falaknuma.
The only MMTS trains available are between Lingampally - Secunderabad and Lingampally - Nampally.
