HRC for action against pharma unit for clinical tests

The State Human Rights Commission (HRC) on Wednesday ordered for initiating action against the Pharmaceutical units.

Acting on the complaint by Bhageswara Reddy of Anantapur district against clinical tests, the HRC directed the Government to take action against I-Jet Pharma, located at Doolapalli in Rangareddy district. The complainant alleged that the pharma company made clinical tests proclaiming medicine as BP tablets. The Commission issued notices to director of Drugs Controller, Medical and Health Officer of Rangareddy and the police.
