Hyderabad: Hearing on TDP firebrand MLA Revanth Reddy's bail plea has been postponed to 12 o' clock as the Advocate General was not available in the morning.
At 12, Advocate General requested for more time, so the hearing got postponed to 2 o' clock.
In its counter affidavit, the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) council said that Revanth Reddy could tamper with evidence, if let out on bail.
Revanth Reddy approached the High Court after his bail plea was rejected by ACB special court.
Earlier Telangana ACB requested two days time to file the counter affidavit on Tuesday. Granting permission, the court posted the hearing to Friday.
Revanth Reddy was arrested on May 31 in the cash for vote scandal. He applied for bail on June 2. The beleaguered MLA was given 12 hour bail on June 11 to attend his daughter's engagement ceremony.
