Taking a leaf out of Cold War assasins, a gym trainer got his his lover's husband killed by injecting a lethal cocktail of poisons. He hired the killer to inject poison while his paramour's husband walks back home.

Though the hired killer succeeded in injecting poison, the victim managed to raise an alarm and tried to nab him. The bystanders finally overpowered the killer. The killer spilled the beans about the whole plan leading to the master mind's arrest.

This KGB style killing was planned and executed in Delhi. A gym trainer, identified as Anish Yadav, was in love with a woman and wanted to eliminate her husband Ravikumar (27), a bank employee. Yadav hired professional killer Prem, who pierced in Ravi Kumar's neck and injected poison. Ravikumar felt blood and cought hold of a fleeing Prem before collapsing. Bystanders overpowered Prem and handed him over to the police.

During interrogation, Prem revealed about Yadav's plan. Now, both Prem and Yadav have been arrested. Ravikumar's wife's statement has also been recorded.

Yadav reportedly scoured the Internet for foolproof method of killing and finally zeroed in on the method adopted by Communist Russia to eliminate its enemies.
