When asked about the Telangana Bill, Shinde said it will take some time to finalise the bill.  He reiterated that the Bill will be introduced in the winter session of the parliament. The senior Congress member added that they were taking extra precautions to make sure that the Telangana bill is flawless and that even legal experts were consulted. He said that there were no issues over Hyderabad and Bhadrachalam.
But according to sources, final decision has not been taken on the status of  Hyderabad and has been left at the discretion of the Centre.
