Software Girl Complains Against Father Over Missing Of Her Lover  

Hyderabad: Here's yet another crime-thriller love story; a 26-year-old software engineer approached the police seeking protection to herself and her lover not from goondas or rowdies, but from her own father; she claimed her father had abducted her lover and sent him into hiding for last three days.

Shruti, daughter of Warangal's Gayatri Science Educational Group director Sudhira Srinivas Gupta, is working as a software engineer in Hyderabad and she fell in love with her colleague Anudeep Varma who also belongs to Warangal. When they wanted to get married, Shruti's father objected and got Anudeep beaten by goondas six months back. From then, her father is spying on her movements and creating all hurdles in her way to meet Anudeep, she complained.

When she sensed that the family is going to marry her with another boy, Shruti left home and reached Karimnagar where her sister is staying. With sister's help, she approached the Commissioner of Police of Karimnagar Kamalasan Reddy and sought protection from her father. She lodged a complaint on missing of her lover and suspected her father's hand in the incident. She sought police help in getting married with her lover.

Police are investigating and sent Shruti to Hyderabad under police protection.
