GHMC budget tabled

Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) Mayor Mohammad Majeed Hussain on Monday presented the budget with an outlay of Rs. 3,800 crore for the financial year 2013-14.

The standing committee of GHMC, which met under the chairmanship of mayor Majid Hussain, has presented the Corporation's budget and allowed for discussions. All the parties including Congress, TDP and BJP attended the GHMC's special meeting.

It is learnt that the Corporation's general body meeting will be held on February 19. It may be recalled that the GHMC's budget had postponed for  two times earlier.
