Fujifilm has launched, Fujifilm Instax Wide 300, a new instant camera in India. Fujifilm Instax Wide 300 is available at a price tag of Rs 9550. However, it’s available on amazon at at Rs 8,340. This device provides instant prints of clicked photographs with a wide view rather than the typical square format of traditional photos.

The new Fujifilm Instax Wide 300 boasts of a retractable 2-element lens and offers a shutter speed of 1/64 to 1/200 seconds. It has an automatic flash present onboard as well. The salient feature of the flash is its luminescence in accordance with the distance. This flash module also provides backlighting for images with its ‘Fill-in’ mode.

The new Fujifilm offering provides pictures of 62 x 99mm in size and takes films of 86 x 108mm. It features an LCD on its rear surface, allowing you to view your images before committing to printing them. This shooter is sold along with a lens attachment that makes it easier for you to capture close-up pictures.

The Instax Wide 300 is ideal for occasions such as parties and other family gatherings since its wide prints are able to capture more people in the frame. Yasunobu Nishiyama, Managing Director, Fujifilm, said that the firm was committed to bringing in constant innovation.

Nishiyama said that the “diverse features of the Instax range appeal to different age groups and usage patterns. The camera is perfectly eqnew uipped for professional photography and specialized photography for weddings, parties, birthdays and other memorable events.”

While it’s only now that the Fujifilm Instax Wide 300 has gone official, it has been selling in the Indian market through e-commerce portals since before at lower rates. It can be grabbed via Amazon at Rs 8,340.
