Former Tenali Congress MP joins YSRCP

Senior Congress leader and former MP Vallabhaneni Balasouri from Guntur district formally joined the YSR Congress party in Hyderabad on Sunday.

The former Tenali MP along with his supporters took the membership of YSRCP in the presence of party's president YS Jagan Mohan Reddy at his Lotus pond office here.

Party leaders of different levels also joined the YSRCP along with Balasouri. He resigned from the primary membership of the Congress party protesting the CWC decision to divide Andhra Pradesh in the first week of last month.

Similarly, industrialist and relative of Rajya Sabha member K V P Ramachandra Rao,  K Raghurama Krishna Raju also joined the YSRCP on Sunday.
