Former minister Sripati Rajeswara Rao passes away

Former minister Sripati Rajeswara Rao died in Hyderabad on Sunday. He was suffering from kidney disease for quite some time and  died this morning in NIMS hospital while undergoing treatment.

An ardent fan of NTR, the late minister was the president of Akhila Bharatha NTR fans association. He had formed NTR fans association 60 years ago. He won three times as MLA. Sripati Rajeswara Rao served as a minister in the N T Rama Rao Cabinet.

He was 73. His funeral will take place ay Bansilalpet tomorrow.
