Fadnavis oath-taking to have filmi touch

Mumbai: After its historic win, the BJP is planning a gala swearing-in ceremony. As many as 200 VVIPs and over 30000 invitees would attend the swearing-in being organised in Wankhede Stadium on Friday.

Wankhede Stadium, where a swearing in is being organised after 40 years, is witnessing hectic arrangements. A 150-feet curve LED screen is being arranged and the stadium will be decorated with 25 models of lotus and boat.

Chief Minister designate Devendra Fadnavis along with his cabinet will have a victory lap after the ceremony.

Popular art director Nitin Desai has been put on job for designing the stage. PM Narendra Modi will also be present in the oath taking cermony. He will be seated in a middle, with both ministers and VVIPs will flank him. The background will carry images of  Chhatrapati Shivaji along with Meghdambari of Raigad fort.

Meanwhile, Shiv Sena will announce its decision about participating in oath taking ceremony on Thursday.
