Former Minister Sankara Rao, who was known for his witty remarks on Friday gave a shock to CID sleuths.
He surrendered before the CID police in connection with Green
Fields land scam. He submitted an invalid passport to the CBI. However, he was asked to surrender with valid passport or testimonial.
