'Even Chandrababu's 'jejamma' can't harm Cong'

Condemning the TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu's controversial comments,  several Congress leaders on Monday threatened to file a criminal case against him.

It may be recalled that Naidu had called  upon the people to kill the Congress party and attack the Congress leaders with lethal weapons. He made this remarks during his padayatra in Guntur district on Sunday.

Reacting to the TDP chief's remarks, PCC chief Botsa Satyanaryana said that it was not that easy to kill Congress party and even his mother's mother (jejamma) couldn't do this. He advised Naidu to remember the fate of some leaders when they made provocative speaches. The TDP would not survive as it lost its ground among the rural masses, Botsa said.

Another Minister Kondru Murali demanded an apology from Naidu and asked to withdraw his remarks. Naidu has lost his control and making controversial comments against the Congress party, he said and reiterated that the TDP leadrs should think and change their leader as Chandrababu was speaking like an insane, Kondru said.

While joining the attack, Government Chief Whip Gandra Venkataramana Reddy said that he would also file the criminal cases against Naidu if he did not withdraw his remarks. He appealed to the police to register a case against Chandrababu in sue motto, else he would complain, Gandra added.
