Victory Venkatesh is one of the most popular and sought after actors in Tollywood. It's a double celebration for Venkatesh as he is turning a year older today and his much-awaited film 'Venky Mama' also hits the screens today. 'Venky Mama' has opened to mixed reviews from critics and public alike.

Several celebrities are sending out birthday wishes to Venkatesh on social media. Venkatesh has become a care-of address to multi starrer films in Telugu.

On the occasion of his birthday, while interacting with media, Venkatesh shared a few tidbits about him. "I stepped into movies accidentally. I always believe in hard work because it pays off if we really put out our 100 per cent into any work. Still, producers and directors are believing that I have the potential to drag the crowd towards theatres.

They are coming with a slew of scripts and encouraging me to do the films. I'm very thankful to all the directors and producers for trusting me so much. For five years, I have been planning to bid goodbye to movies but it does not seem to be happening. I had a dream of doing Vivekananda roles but I'm unable to get those kinds of scripts."

Venkatesh is the first star who introduced multi-starrer movies in Telugu. His first film was with Mahesh Babu's 'Seethamma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu' and it was a huge money-spinner at the box office. Later, he went on featured with Varun Tej in 'F2' and 'Venky Mama' with Naga Chaitanya. During the interaction, Venkatesh expressed his desire in continuing multi-starrer movies with other leading actors of the Tollywood film industry. Are you curious to know his wish list? Venkatesh wants to do multi-starrer with Rajamoulis' actors-Prabhas, Jr NTR, and Nani. Rajamouli movies were turning point movies like for Prabhas' 'Chatrapathi', Jr NTR's 'Student No.1' and Nani's Eega.
