If any star gets a chance to feature in other language films, there will be a huge demand for them and sometimes ever filmakers don't hesitate to shell those extra bucks on them. Now, the same thing is happening with Bollywood actor Shahid Kapoor who is basking in the glory of 'Kabir Singh' which was popular Telugu hit 'Arjun Reddy’s' Hindi equivalent.

We have already told you that Shahid Kapoor has been approached to reprise the role of Nani in the movie 'Jersey'. The Telugu 'Jersey' is being remade in Hindi and it will be co-produced by Allu Aravind and Dil Raju. Post 'Kabir Singh', Shahid Kapoor jacked up his remuneration.

He is demanding two-fold more than Mahesh and Prabhas in remunerations. It is a well known fact that Prabhas and Mahesh are the top-rated and highest-paid actors in Telugu whose remuneration would be between Rs 25 to 30 Cr. Shahid is believed to have demand Tollywood producers to pay Rs 50 Cr as remuneration for 'Jersey’s' remake. This left the producers in a huge shock.

There is no official confirmation whether Dil Raju or Allu Aravind will meet his demands. Or will they rope any other actor in Shahid Kapoor's role is yet to be seen? Stay tuned to Sakshi Post for more updates.
