Finally, Mahesh Babu Opens Up About His Political Plunge, Fans Rejoice

Superstar Mahesh Babu is undoubtedly one of the biggest superstars in the Telugu Film Industry. Time and again, Mahesh has been coming out with many blockbusters hits in his kitty. His most recent hit was 'Maharshi' which did a share of Rs 100 Cr and turned out to be a huge money-spinner at the box office.

While he has been busy with work and life, there have been speculations about Mahesh's future plans. Word on social media was out that Mahesh Babu could enter into politics. Mahesh Babu has squashed the rumours and said that all he wants to do in life is act. This gave a sigh of relief to his countless fans.

He stated that “The only thing I want to do is acting. I go back a long way to when I was a child star and I loved doing what I did then. Of course, those days the intentions were different because I would get summer vacations and I would get to bunk school for the shoot. When I missed a year, my dad said to go back and study, then come back and act in films. I said okay. I mean that's the only thing I knew so I wouldn't want to change that," he said in a recent interview.

On the career front, Mahesh Babu is busy shooting for his upcoming movie 'Sarileru Neekevvaru' with Anil Ravipudi. He will be essaying the role of Army Officer and will be sharing screen with Dear Comrade fame Rashmika Mandanna.
