Actor Ram Pothineni is gearing up to score a hattrick with his upcoming film 'iSmart Shankar'. Only a day remain for the movie to release in theatres. Audiences have pinned huge hopes on this film as it is directed by Puri Jagannadh. It is a comeback film for the director after a long gap of three years.

Puri Jagannadh’s last movie was 'Temper' which starred Jr NTR in lead role. The film was not only a super duper hit but also remade in Hindi with Ranveer Singh in the lead role. The film was called Simmba and was a blockbuster.

The posters, teaser and trailer of iSmart Shankar has received a thumping response from critics and show buffs. iSmart Shankar' tickets are sold out in many areas as online booking for the tickets have opened on various portals.

Even maverick filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma tweeted about it saying that going by the advanced booking, the Puri Jagannadh movie will be a super hit. Have a look..

Trade analyst predict that 'iSmart Shankar' will register Rs 1.5 Cr on its opening day at the box office. If the film earns good word of mouth, then, we would see a boost in collections too.
